Medical HouseCalls will give our patients/POA/Guardian the ability to communicate with their provider and or team members via our Patient Portal.
Our Patient Portals improves the way in which patients and health care providers interact. Specifically, our patient portals give patients access to their health information to take a more active role. The patient portal can provide you with secure online access to their medical details and increase your engagement with your practice. And, not to mention that it does so while providing several benefits for health care providers as well.
To get started:
Patients may enroll in the EMR Ethizo Patient Portal using one of the following methods:
Option 1: Request Enrollment
- Patients may notify their Care Manager or Provider of their interest in enrolling in the patient portal.
Option 2: Self-Enrollment via Website
- Visit the website: www.supportivehc.com.
- Click on “Patient Portal” tab at the top of the homepage.
- Select the Patient Portal Link.
- Complete all required information on the enrollment form.
- Submit the form for review.
- Once the information is verified, the patient will receive:
- A username & temporary password
