Sarah Munz, APRN, CNP

Sarah is an experienced, board-certified Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGNP-C) through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). She earned her Master of Science degree in Nursing (MSN) with honors from the University of Cincinnati in 2019.

She has over 11 years combined nursing experience, with a strong passion for the neuroscience population, including most recently in her career where she worked as an acute neurology consultant nurse practitioner for the last 5 years.

Her transition from acute care to primary care was motivated by a dedication to fostering lifelong relationships and employing a holistic approach to wellness.

Sarah is committed to improving patient outcomes through thorough collaborative care, patient advocacy, and comprehensive patient education. In her personal time, Sarah enjoys spending time with her family—including her English Bulldog, swimming, and hosting dinner parties. She is an avid football fan and a proud supporter of the UC Bearcats, the Green Bay Packers, and the Cincinnati Bengals.
