Aman Ahmed, MD

Dr. Ahmed is a physician; board certified in geriatric medicine. He received his Bachelor of medicine and surgery from Osmania University in India and completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the Jewish Hospital in Cincinnati in 1996. He subsequently worked in medically underserved areas for 4 years that included providing service to the homeless population in the Columbus Metropolitan Area. In 2000 he moved back to the Cincinnati area to pursue a fellowship in Geriatric Medicine at University of Cincinnati which he completed in 2001. He has had 25+ years of experience in post-acute care, long term care, and end of life care including hospice and palliative care. His focus is on whole health, providing holistic comprehensive care with an emphasis on quality of life with active input from his patients and families. His other interests include art, photography, sports, travel, and a desire to understand different cultures.
