Emily Palscak is a seasoned Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing exceptional, patient-centered medical care within assisted living and skilled nursing facilities. With nearly twenty years of healthcare experience—including over thirteen years as an NP—Emily brings the clinical expertise, reliability, and compassion that residents, families, and facility teams count on. Her extensive background spans Family Practice, PACU, Critical Care Transport, ICU, and Cardiac ICU nursing, giving her the advanced skills needed to manage complex and medically fragile patients with confidence. For the past four years, Emily has focused her practice on geriatric care within facility-based settings, providing comprehensive chronic disease management, preventive services, and prompt treatment of acute issues, often helping reduce avoidable emergency room visits and hospitalizations.

Emily’s approach is proactive, accessible, and relationship driven. She prioritizes clear communication, timely interventions, and personalized care plans designed to enhance quality of life and support long-term stability for residents.

Outside of her clinical work, Emily enjoys running, weightlifting, outdoor activities, horseback riding, and spending meaningful time with her family.
