Kayla began her nursing career in 2021 after obtaining her Associates Degree in Nursing from Kent State University. She began her career working in Hospice throughout the Youngstown and surrounding area. While working in Hospice she went on to obtain her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Youngstown State University. She then went on to continue her career working in a cardiac telemetry unit within Mercy Health while obtaining her Master’s degree of Nursing with a focus in Family Nursing also from Youngstown State University. Kayla holds a national board certification through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). Kayla is dedicated to assisting with improving the quality of life for the geriatric population and assisting them to remain in their chosen home. In her spare time Kayla enjoys watching her daughter compete with her dance team and traveling to Florida to visit Disney and Universal parks.
