Leah is an ANCC board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over nine years of nursing experience in hospice care, care coordination, leadership, and case management. She earned her BSN from The Ohio State University and her MSN from Chamberlain University. Known for her compassion and dedication to the geriatric population, Leah combines holistic, empathetic care with evidence-based practice. She is committed to guiding patients and families through their mental health journey with individualized plans that foster collaboration, respect, and empowerment, ultimately improving quality of life. Leah lives in Dayton, Ohio, and enjoys spending time with her family, her Dog Magnolia, and exploring new places.
