Melissa Sforza, FNP-C

Melissa is a board-certified nurse practitioner that graduated with her master’s from Youngstown State University. She has lived in northeast Ohio her entire life. She has an extensive background in genetic care and most of her career has been spent caring for patients in their homes and inpatient facilities. She is experienced in caring for patients with complex, acute and chronic health conditions. Her primary goal is to provide excellent care using a collaborative up to date approach and developing a trusting relationship with her patients. While not at work, Melissa enjoys spending time with her family and vacationing in Florida.
