Sofia Durina, MSN, APRN, FNP-C

Sofia is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care with a special passion for geriatrics. She earned her associate degree in nursing in 2022 and began her Family Nurse Practitioner program the following year, graduating with her Master of Science in Nursing in 2026.

Although early in her career, Sofia has always felt called to care for older adults. Her passion for geriatrics was shaped not only through her nursing education and clinical experiences, but also through helping care for her own grandmother. Witnessing firsthand the challenges families face while navigating complex medical conditions inspired her to become the kind of healthcare provider who offers not only exceptional medical care, but also guidance, reassurance, and support to both patients and their loved ones.

She is dedicated to providing holistic, individualized care while serving as a trusted resource for patients and their families throughout their healthcare journey.

Outside of work, Sofia enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, shopping, and making lasting memories with the people she loves.
