Based in Cincinnati, Ohio, Syreeta Stake is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over two decades of nursing experience. Drawing from her background in medical-surgical and behavioral health care, she provides thoughtful, patient-centered psychiatric treatment. Syreeta is passionate about supporting patients through evidence-based care, helping them manage mental health and substance use challenges to improve quality of life.
