Taylor Fouchey, APRN, CNP

Taylor Fouchey is a board-certified family nurse practitioner (FNP) through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). She earned both her BSN and MSN from Northern Kentucky University. With more than 11 years of emergency nursing experience, Taylor brings extensive clinical expertise and a compassionate, patient-centered care approach to care. She is dedicated to building strong patient relationships grounded in communication, trust, and mutual respect while improving quality of life for patients within their homes.

Outside of her professional life, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, reading, and getting together with friends and family.
