Tramiya is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with more than 16 years of nursing experience spanning a wide range of healthcare settings, including emergency medicine, home care, case management, medical-surgical nursing, nursing supervision, and behavioral health. She also served as an Adjunct Clinical Instructor at Lakeland Community College, where she mentored and educated future nurses. With seven years of focused experience in behavioral health, Tramiya is dedicated to delivering compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to individuals across the lifespan.
She earned her Associate Degree in Nursing from Lakeland Community College in 2010, her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The University of Akron in 2017, and her Master of Science in Nursing from The University of Akron in 2024.
Tramiya is passionate about fostering trusting therapeutic relationships and creating a supportive, judgment-free environment where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered. Her approach to care is collaborative and patient-centered, emphasizing emotional wellness, resilience, and personalized treatment strategies that support lasting mental health and improved quality of life. She is committed to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with empathy, respect, and clinical excellence.
Outside of her professional practice, Tramiya enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, traveling, and reading.
